It's amazing, isn't it? He could certainly see what most of us don't! even today. The more I grow, Gandhian philosophy “An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind” fascinates me even more. I believe that the Gandhian principles if obeyed by most of us would certainly free the world of the most deterring problems.

Yes Guru, I agree with you. Day by day, I am falling into the folds of Gandhian principles. (effect of age, and experience, you may say…..). As a teenager I was an ardent fan of revolutionaries like Bhagath Singh, Subhash Chandra Bhose (still I am), but was under impression that, with fight we could have gained independence much much earlier. But now I realize that, non-violence and no cooperation were the best mantras.
